DPMAkurier

• As from April, 28th 2009, DPMAregister for trade marks including indications of geographical origin is launched. It is the new Internet platform for the integrated publication of the official publications and register data with the current legal status information on IP rights.
  At the same time, the DPMApublikationen service for trade marks is shut down. The same applies to the DPINFO service.
  DPMAregister is particularly suitable for conducting searches for new IP applications and registered and granted IP rights, for gaining information on the current legal status of an IP right and for the regular and systematic monitoring of newly published IP rights. The DPMAkurier service for monitoring trade marks is now available at DPMAregister.
  As before, DPMApublikationen remains the official publication platform for the other types of IP (patents, utility models including topographies, and designs). The integration of these IP rights in DPMAregister will follow at a later date. We will inform you separately of it.
• Bitte beachten Sie: Ab KW 01 / 2010 wird die Unterteilung des Teils 1a des Geschmacksmusterblattes in acht Unterteile aufgehoben. Anstatt der Teile 1a.1 bis Teil 1a.8 wird nur noch ein kompletter Teil 1a ausgeliefert. Da die Geschmacksmusteranwendung von DPMApublikationen in Kürze ebenfalls nach DPMAregister umziehen wird, haben wir auf eine Umstellung der Software im Downloadbereich verzichtet. Sie finden daher im Downloadbereich des Geschmacksmusterblattes unter allen Unter-Optionen des Teils 1a immer den kompletten Teil 1a.
